The holiday was awful from the start. We had booked 2 chalets to be together as we both had disabled members in the family and we help each other out. The chalets were on opposite ends of the field which meant my mother who cannot walk could not visit my older son and his family. The bed was broken along with lots of chairs and the toilet and although we complained nothing was done so I had to top and tail with my 11 yr old son on a single mattress. The manager was horrible and did not want to help and even swore at my daughter in law when she got upset and angry at the situation. Horrendous experience.
