Everyone who values the outdoors and an advenurous break will end up in Queenstown at some point in their lives.
The adventure capital of New Zealand has so many outdoor pursuits to participate in that you would need a few weeks to take part in them all.
From mountain biking to sailing to parascending to climbing to hiking to boating to four wheel drive adventuring, this place has it all and at the end of the day, the compact and lively town centre will cater for every bodily need.
The home comforts provided by the centrally located Novotel will have you purring with delight. Situated just off the main town area yet a minutes walk from the lakeside and the town itself, it could not be more ideally placed.
There is a lawned courtyard to the centre of the hotel for relaxing with drinks whilst looking down towards the lake.
The rooms are bright and airy, some with balconies. The upper floor rooms have views towards the woods and nearby mountains.
Staff are bright and breezy, eager to please and the food is high quality. My stay was all too brief and I can't wait to go back.
