The National Memorial Arboretum is dedicated to all those who served their country in any conflict. There are memorials all through the grounds with sculptures and tributes surrounded by beautifully kept landscaped gardens. It is peaceful, interesting and very moving. You can walk through the grounds or take the land train for a small charge. There are also mobility scooters for hire for those less able visitors. There is a self-service restaurant with a good choice of food, several coffee shops, a souvenir shop and much, much more. Plenty of parking. Well worth a visit.
