My wife and had a veranda cabin for this two week cruise and everything went very smoothly from the moment we arrived at Harwich to the final leaving. This company is very organised.
The comment I would make is that in every port there is usually a local bus or train service which can take you to the same destinations as the ship excursions and at a much lower price.
