Reasons for trip

I stayed in the Days Inn Hotel at junction 4 of M54 for an early morning meeting next day so went into nearby Shifnal for a meal.

I peered in the window first to check that people were actually choosing to eat at Minhs, and decided to try it. A lovely smell of Cantonese food, not as strong as in Indian restaurants, and decided on the sizzling chicken in Satay sauce £8.50 plus soft noodles £4. A large glass of Sauvignon Blanc was £4.90, so about average, and I munched on the free prawn crackers while I waited for the food.

It didn’t take long to appear and was indeed sizzling merrily. For me, the chicken dish on its own would be enough as I couldn’t finish all of it plus the noodles. Never sure how much there will be if you order a single main dish. But it was good food, with friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere so I would go there again.
