Reasons for trip

On June 1st my son, daughter in law and two grandsons invited me to go to Anna’s Welsh Zoo. Rhys 8 had it for his birthday 12th May. My daughter in law had bought him a leeper for two hours pass. It was a glorious day and there were so many animals to see. My grandson Rhys, met up with his guide at 11am. First off he went into the meerkats pen, where there were lots of little meerkats running around. First he fed them and then he was given a bubblegun to blow bubbles and the meerkats went crazy. Rhys was not scared at all. We saw and fed the wallabies. Then he had to put suncream on three large pigs before taking them for a walk. Within his trip he got up close and personal with camels, tapirs, goats, Cameroon sheep, lemurs. He also fed gibbons. There were many more animals to see. I would recommend this place to anyone who loves animals. There is a big lawn with table and chairs to picnic. Cafe also and a very large bouncy castle, free of charge. Well worth a visit.
