Stayed for a few nights at the Rosevine Hotel, Portscatho on the Roseland peninsula.
Lovely country house style hotel just a short walk to the beach.
Nice room and service in the restaurant was good.
Colour in gardens at Heligan, Caerhays and Burncoose was great.
We expected Cornwall to be busy but roads were quite quiet. Travelled back to Sussex on May bank holiday Saturday and again, roads were quiet – no queue all the way back to Sussex via A303 .
