This was a fun day out, all was Covid-19 compliant. It was fantastic seeing the animals both in the drive through areas and in the walk through/up close part. Enjoyed by our three-year-old grandson, his parents and sixty-year-old grandparents. There is plenty of space to walk and enjoy the attractions and nature. Helpful staff, suitable for wheelchair or buggies. Food outlets if you want them or seating to have a picnic. Phone reception was good a great outdoor venue for meeting up. The only downside was the toilet queues, but we were there when they had just reopened after lockdown. We suggested some improvement ideas to save waiting times and these may have been adopted by now.
