Our holiday bungalow looked pretty dreary on approach, amongst a lot of others, privately owned in serried ranks; flat roofed clones admittedly set fairly wide apart. The management company arranges lettings for the owners and organizes the cleaning etc. Inside, our bungalow was truly wonderful, very modern and comfortable, pristine and well equipped. A lovely sea view, easy parking outside, centrally heated (all in for the very competitive price). A one minute walk to the sea with a path to the pebbly beach. Our only gripe was the really dreadfully rutted private road, fairly lengthy, to reach the bungalows from the main road. As with anywhere on this delightful island, access to wonderful walks is no problem; it's all spectacular and nowhere is far! We will definitely go back agin to there and have recommended it to friends. Our bungalow had a step up but others may not have and so be suitable for disabled visitors, but I don't know.
