Reasons for trip

I visited Kent last month for a short break and thought we would have short stroll on the white cliffs of Dover. It was absolutely beautiful so 4 hours later having visited the newly opened tunnels and lighthouse had cream tea at the lighthouse, ‘the scones were very tasty’ we had a really lovely day. There is a path that is not too strenuous and another closer too the cliff edge but they both give amazing views and on a clear day you can see the coast of France. The funny bit was when my mobile phone gave me a message saying welcome to France not something I expected from the top of the cliff.
