I have stayed at this hotel several times and each time we have had a wonderful time. We were greeted at the entrance to the hotel and our luggage was handled for us. At the reception someone came with warm face towels to refresh ourselves along with fresh orange juice which was very welcome after an overnight flight. The room was very large with a table and chairs as well as dressing table and large twin beds (I went with a friend) and the bathroom was enormous. We booked a balcony room which overlooked the Burj el Arab hotel and spent the late nights watching the fountain and light displays. THe facilities were great and the staff very attentive and unlike the American hotels I've been to didn't permanentkly have their hand out for a tip although of course we always reward good service. Breakfasts were terrific with a vast array of choice of food from all over the world and there was a great choice of restaurants in the hotel and nearby.
