Reasons for trip

Relaxation/Wellness, Culture/Sightseeing

Stepping aboard the small ship at Dubrovnik, I was greeted immediately with welcome drinks – good start eh! Our cabin was roomy with an excellent sized en suite shower room. In fact the cabin and en suite was larger than some of the big cruise liners I have been on!

Just over 30 passengers, with 7 crew and our guide, it was perfect for getting to know everyone. All meals were prepared in the galley and lunch was always two course with a three or sometimes four course evening meal. All inclusive meant we never went without ( we did manage to drink all the gin once…oops. Not just me you understand!). But this was soon replenished at the next stop.

I never knew Croatia had so many islands. Over 1000! True some are very small and just forest but how delightful it was sailing through these wonderful islands, all offering something different.

We stopped at pretty little harbours where big ships cannot go, and that meant we got to see and experience something different each day.

I cannot express how relaxing this was. No stress, join the trips ashore if you want, relax on the sun deck, swim off the back of the ship in clear azure blue sea and enjoy.

All arranged by Saga, with pick up from and drop back to your home.

Worth it…..oh yes.
