Where do I begin? Well if you are looking for a good location just outside of the noisy centre of Granada, then this may be the place for you. True the hotel does back on to a road, yet this should not be a problem as the rooms are built to ‘withstand’ any disturbing noises. The architecture is impressive with the arabic feel and you are welcomed by a relaxing area with comfy seats encircling a pretty fountain. Reception staff are most helpful and welcome you with a smile. There are ramps outside leading into the reception and lobby which is ideal for wheelchairs. There are also sufficient number of lifts that lead to each floor. The concierge will even offer to actually carry your bags for you. The downside is the parking. I have ever, ever come across a worse car park in my life. Located underground with approximately just 20 official spaces, unfortunately extra cars do seem to be allowed into the building than what is safe and viable. The ‘road’ leading to each space is so narrow that there is much evidence of hundreds of vehicles having scraped the walls. It was evident that some cars that day, had done just that. Overall it’s a nice hotel, but wow I can not recommend the car park here.
Final point is that the hotel seems over priced per night unless you use their promotional offers.
