This is a marvelous hotel so close to a beautiful beach and lovely harbour. The hotel is notable for the large model swordfish outside and fish is very much a local theme.
We found the hotel was wonderful, once the haunt of the fabulously wealthy, whose photographs are prominently displayed. The hotel has lost none of its glamour, its very comfortable, food is very good, and we enjoyed at package holiday here at a reasonable price.
We've never seen such wonderful red sunset skys, amazing shooting stars, and everlasting sunshine. We recommend a jug of sangria, from the hotel bar, as a sundowner to finish off a wonderful day.
The locals sensibly come out to play in the evening, where they gather on the beach to barbecue the local small fish, which look like large sardines, they taste and smell very nice. This is a family oriented and friendly area for a reasonably priced holiday in the sun.
