Wow oh wow. This was a holiday promoted by Canopy & Stars. It was called the Hobbit House and it was an eco roundhouse. How magical and fantastic it was. It was a little expensive to stay but well worth it. There was grass and plants growing on the roof with a port hole to let light in. There were fairy lights inside and of course a beautiful log burner. The most comfortable bed ever!!! The cooker looked like something from the 50's but excellent, the kitchen sink was of course just outside your back door.
There were 2 showers in a gorgeous wooden shack!!! You needed to light the fire and then it heated the water, how fantastic!!!
The place was very tranquill and pretty.
I felt like time had stood still, no tv, no internet, no phone, just peace and quite. Beautiful.
