What fun; as long as you’re fairly fit this is a really fun experience. There’s quite a lengthy training session then over an hour’s segway trip along the forest tracks. It’s pretty easy to get the hang of it and quite exhilarating. There’s a leader and someone at the back too in case of mishap. The tour took us to wonderful viewpoints, one of which was a bird’s eye view over Exeter and east Devon.
We’d definitely go again, perhaps trying a segway in a different location for interest. It’s one of those experiences that’s definitely worth trying at least once.
