Yoga, Reiki, spa treatments, holistic talking therapy in a beautiful Spanish cortigo a mountain retreat with the three Rs, relax, rejuvinate & riojca.
Have been 4 times over the last year. 2 official retreats and twice as a B&B guest (listed in airbnb). Just love it there, treatments of Reiki, massage and reflexology from the beautiful Maxine and talking therapy with Mark, who have both helped me so much on my journey this year, self esteem and confidence and health wise just fantastic improvement.
The food is amazing on a retreat matching a good quality hotel but all home cooked and tasty along with a good glass of Spanish red, fabulous. If staying as a B&B guest lovely continental breakfast and then off on your adventures to explore the beautiful Spanish province of Almeria, mojacar beach and village only 20 min drive with towns of Vera close by. A car would be essential although if staying on a proper retreat all transport is provided including airport transfers, nearest airport is Almeria.
One of my most favourite places to be ever it’s like you’re in a bubble of contentment and never want to leave. Maxine & Mark, thank you pleasure to now call you my friends.
