I stopped in at “Forrat’s Chocolate Lounge”:http://www.forratschocolates.ca/ in Byron (village in London, Ontario) when doing some gift shopping. It was a chilly day so I had a delicious hot chocolate and tried a cashew cluster. I wanted to try the goods before purchasing them for gifts. The lounge is in the corner of a small outdoor shopping mall. I could have gone to the large chain across the road (i.e., Starbucks) but I try to give local small businesses a chance and I was glad that I did.

In addition to chocolates that you can purchase to take home (e.g., nut clusters, chocolate bars, truffles), you can also book chocolate tasting experiences. The lounge is fully licensed so you can enjoy an alcoholic beverage with your sweets.
