We attended the Olympic Games and needed somewhere as a base in London. The location of the hotel was ideal as we arrived in Euston station. The hotel being 5 minutes walk. The hotel was very clean but the air conditioning kept making strange noises enough to wake you up. The television didn't work. Both these things were reported but nothing was done. The sink in the bathroom was very small and a glass of water would fill it.
