Reasons for trip

Dreadful experience from Abu Dhabi to Brisbane. Staff rude and unhelpful, none-existent.
Given menu but cannot get hold of any staff to serve. All in economy or in their bunks.
Took over an hour to serve a meal eventually, asked for a small Bailey’s type drink and the attendant deliberately put it in a half pint glass and filled it to the top with milk. adulterated and ruined, woman smirking as she passed it to me. Strange people, extremely rude, would not answer any questions about how to work movie system. Dirty seats, no water in the toilet at all, only a hand wash. First time for us to travel business class with Etihad and the last. Terrible experience and complete waste of money. The same treatment returning from Melbourne to Abu Dhabi. The staff just want to go to bed.
Lazy and totally uninterested in passengers.
