This beautiful garden which at the moment is covered in rhododendrons, azaleas and camellias in every colour imaginable is a truly lovely place to visit. So pretty and such a lot to see. Access is reasonable for those with slight mobility problems. There is a disabled car park. There are surprises along the way such the statue of a stag and a tumbling waterfall which flows into a little pond full of small darting fish. We did go on a sunny day which obviously shows the garden at it’s best but are definitely going to visit in each season to see the variation in the plants. Please visit the tea rooms the feta cheese and sun dried tomato savoury scone which came with the soup was absolutely wonderful and my piece of cake was also delicious and all very reasonably priced too.
