Accommodation in log chalets, spacious, clean and with the benefit of an indoor pool for residents. The en-site restaurant could not be more highly praised and is only surpassed by the welcome from the staff at this family run establishment.
Take a taxi hire for the afternoon with Christian to experience the local Champagne houses (large and the smaller family run houses). The cathedral city of Troyes is 30km away is worth a visit and you cannot miss the town of Essoyes the home of Renoir.
The Ryan and Stride families cannot wait to return, once we have drunk all the champagne we bought on our visit.
