I was very apprehensive going to Disneyland Paris as I am 67 and my husband is 69. We went with my daughter & six year old Grandaughter. We drove to Folkestone & stayed overnight in the Holiday Inn Express which was a great start. We travelled by euro tunnel to Calais & then drove the three hours to Disneyland. We stayed in the four star Newport Bay hotel which was lovely but a bit busy. There is a lot of walking involved so you need to be able to walk but there are lots of benches & places to sit & rest. The queues for the rides are long & it does involve standing but they move pretty quickly. I managed most of the rides although I did struggle getting on & off a couple. The food was very good as we had purchased a meL package & we had a character breakfast one morning which was lovely. We did only have one room with two double beds but it was very big with a bath & shower. Would I go again? Definitely.
