This is the place to be treated like individuals rathere than just customers, where everyone smiles especially when you attempt a few words in Thai, where the staff become friends and where the facilities are second to none. We were upgraded on arrival from a junior suite to a private villa with pool and thought we had won the lottery; it was perfect, complete with a four poster bed , outside bathroom and lovely plunge pool. It was less than a ten minute walk to the local village with its variety of beach restaurants but the food at the hotel was excellent; a terrific breakfast was included and even had fresh coconuts and seeds to go with the cereals. Just beware that like many places in Thailand now they do not change travellers cheques so take your debit card to the local ATM. We loved this place and would go back like a shot!
