Just got back from an overnight stay at the Derwent, bed and breakfast on a Groupon deal for £29 including a bottle of wine can't fault it!!

The hotel was about 5mins from the centre and pier, so plenty to see and do.

Our room was small but had everything we needed, clean and comfortable, the en suite bathroom again very small but fine for our needs. Tea and coffee and toiletries were included too.

The owners were friendly and served a lovely well cooked full English . If there was anything to 'complain' about it would be there was no fruit juice available at breakfast.

Well worth a visit for a short break, probably a little compact for a week's stay … and they are matching the Groupon price for new bookings.
