Reasons for trip

We stayed at the new Premier Inn in the Cathedral Quarter in Derby City. The location is excellent, close to the Derby City Art Gallery, The Derby Silk Museum and the Cathedral which are all worth a visit. The Cathedral Quarter itself is an attractive place to wander around with many individual and unique shops and a good selection of restaurants. And a visit won’t break the bank. Overnight accommodation and meals are all very reasonable. We found the Premier Inn a very comfortable quiet place to stay and offered a very good breakfast buffet. It was our first time to stay in a Premier Inn and we would be very happy to seek one out again.
