This is a pleasant hotel, room sizes are good. I asked at the time of booking however whether they had a lift as I have arthritis. I was assured that I would be put in a room with only three steps to access it, which I can manage. In the event, there were two flights with approximately eight steps in each, which was disappointing. Breakfasts were very good, full english and continental available. Staff also friendly. In their blurb they claim to have internet access in all rooms. Actually this is not the case. When we asked for help to access the internet as it wasn't conecting, we were told that the wing where we were staying is a problem and their walkie-talkies don't work in that area either. Housekeeping staff were very helpful and efficient. The hotel is suitable for all ages but on the nights that we stayed the guests were mostly retired people.
