We are so pleased we went on this tour. The staff at the Coronation Street tour were excellent. The Street and back stage was fabulous. It was very interesting back stage to see the dressing rooms and some of the sets. The sets were very small and just as we see them on Coronation Street.
The actual street is cobbled of course and to think "Carla" walks up and down the cobbles with 4 inch hills on – she does a good job not to topple over!!! You can even go around the back of the houses into the ginnel and the smoking area of the Rovers.
Also you can go into the back garden of Gails and a couple of other houses. It is just as you see it on the programme.
I would highly recommend this if you can go. Well worth the visit.
