I went to this hotel with trepidation as for the first time I went "all inclusive". The hotel was supposed to be 4*, I think 31/2 will be more to the truth, but what made my holiday great was the care and attention that everyone, from waiters to night cleaners took of the guests. Nothing was too much for everyone, the smile was always there, and you were treated as a friend. People with physical difficulties were helped without fuss and with a lot of love. The food was excellent but a little plain, but you can always add spices yourself. Where the hotel lost was in the soft furnishings of the room, the cushions were a bit thread bare, and the furniture of the terrace was cheap plastic. The rest was great, and I will certainly go back again.
