Reasons for trip

We booked our accommodation through Sykes Cottages, a townhouse just 700 yards from the beach. Everything was within walking distance, including a supermarket.

The children loved the beach, my 7 year old grandson particularly loved the natural, large open air swimming pool, and the surfing is very popular with locals and visitors alike. There are lots of places of interest in the local area and the town has lots of interesting little shops. We have now had three holidays in Bude and will be going back again.
