We were so disappointed in May this year as we were going to Vancouver, Canada for a month to visit our daughter who emigrated with new husband in 2019. To say we were heartbroken was nearer to how we felt. British Airways offered us a voucher or full refund, we took the full refund but just this month July have felt more confident to rebook, so we have booked for April next year until end of June as I will be retired by then. No fuss just good service so very pleased thank you.
