For over twenty years, Bracknell has promised and failed to deliver. Half of the original site is rubble. Many shops have closed. If you want a bank, ok but for an interesting day out -don’t bother. I am sure the inhabitants of Bracknell have learned to go elsewhere. It will take a monumental sea change to bring them back.
