Visited with husbands daughter and family(2small children). The aquarium was good although very busy, so difficult for the little ones to get to see things. Halfway through it became the children's lunchtime. Big disaster. 2 cashiers on a fairly large queue, for both. We waited an hour to get served the worst thing was, the cashiers were making each order up as they served each customer. So a beef burger and Chips were made to order and children's packs before going into the next customer. A number system should have been done, so at least you could be sitting down waiting for the order even if it did take ages to arrive. Woefully understaffed. The best bit was on the movement pavement through the tunnel under the water seeing all the sharks and rays. Excellent-well worth the money just to see that. The staff in the aquarium and animal section were good with the children to let them hold the animals, stroke fish etc and to tell them about the animals.
