A very beautiful, picturesque, tranquil and peaceful campsite in the village of Mwnt, with outstanding views of the sea.Family run will always give such a warm welcome. Local produce availablefrom the sited shop. Immacualte shower block, and also laundry and kitchen room. Tents, motorhomes and caravans welcomed, and also permanent caravans that are for rent. Very suitably priced too. Small livestock are part of the campsite, sheep, ducks, pigs horses all friendly. Many places of interest in surrounding area and lots of little coves and beaches. Nearby is the town of Cardigan and also Newquay, these are seaside towns too. Not far from Mwnt is the village of Gwbert which as well as its beauty has a wildlife park, cafe lovely childs play area all overlooking the sea. Ramble along the footpath and try to catch a glimpse of seals and if you are lucky , dolphins. as this area is well documented for it. The beach town of Newquay runs boat trips along the coast siting dolphins, seals etc. Also fishing boat trips and also local freshly caught fish can be purchased too. Further places,to visit would be a small but beautiful town of Aberaeron which is reached on the main coastal road to Aberystwyth. It has a harbour and beautiful picturesque painted houses, picture postcard potential. Well worth a visit !!!
