Our family recently visited Blackpool Pleasure Beach for a family day out.

Although I was initially apprehensive as there were 3 generations visiting, I was extremely delighted how a baby (10 months old. mummy and daddy (both in their 20s) and granny (50+) could have such a delightful day.

We pre-booked at the Pleasure Beach Site and arranged to visit on a Monday. By “pre-booking”:https://www.blackpoolpleasurebeach.com/ we already made savings on the entry and refillable drinking flasks.

As granny, I thought I would go along and keep the baby company, in case there was nothing for his age. How wrong I was! He got to meet and have his photo taken with some of his favourite cartoon characters. from television. The train which was suitable for all ages was ideal.

We did very little queueing and all the staff were friendly and helpful.

I would thoroughly recommend this day out for all ages! And in case anyone is curious, I did take a ride on The Big One!
