We booked via Red Letter Days – they have since removed them from their list – and have never come across such rude hosts. We had booked a downstairs room and they tried to "upgrade" us to an upstairs room that wasn't ensuite. They offered us free full breakfasts on both days. When we were leaving they insisted that we pay for our cooked breakfasts!
