This was an impromptu visit and it didn’t disappoint. First impressions were very warming and favourable. The staff were so attentive and concerned that we had everything we needed to make our visit comfortable. The food was varied and well cooked. We both had burgers and we were both impressed with the taste and delivery. Although we didn’t really need dessert we both wanted to venture one and I had a lemon meringue dessert which I have to admit was very sweet and far too rich but I think that is more of a personal taste. We only had a glass of wine each but with the two courses the evening cost £50. A huge thumbs up to the staff and would definitely recommend.
