Very convenient for Hyde Park, shopping,sightseeing & West End theatres. Helpful staff. Free Internet access. Clean & comfortable. Cost reasonable considering location. Good breakfast but no restaurant for evening meals, but are a choice nearby. Some rooms bit small& pokey asked for a different one & staff obliged without any problem. Did not see any disabled access, several steps without hand rail at entrance.
