This is a basic B&B small hotel just a short walk from Paddington train station for Bakerloo, District and Circle underground lines. It is clean with basic amenities including modern fittings in the en-suite shower room and was actually a decent size for a single room. My room was on the top floor so three lots of stairs as no lift, which was fine for me but might be an issue for someone who struggles with stairs.
Breakfast from 6.30am is included in the £87 overnight stay, typical cereals, toast and freshly cooked full English breakfast to order, and there are tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Staff are friendly, desk is open 24 hours, and there are plenty of places to eat nearby so quite acceptable for an overnight stay. It isn’t luxury 5* but I will certainly stay there again when I need to.
