Relaxation

You are not going to be disappointed with the Beggars Bridge BnB as everything about it is lovely. It’s in a quiet area of Glaisdale but within a short walk of the pub where you can get meals. The welcome is friendly and generous offering tea and cakes/ teacakes. The rooms are spotless, cosy and comfortable. The lounge downstairs is small and cosy with TV. We watched TV one night after coming out early from Glaisdale theatre. The theatre was packed and too hot! In the morning we had a wonderful breakfast in the conservatory overlooking the garden and beggars bridge. Such a pretty garden with bird feeders and plenty of birds as well as perfect view of beggars bridge a very old bridge with story attached to it. You can read the story at the bridge it’s quite interesting. I loved the peace and quiet around there. It was also a reasonable price for a double room.
