We're not actually hotel people, much preferring the freedom and flexibility of self catering, and the extra space that comes with it, but at the Asimina Suites in Cyprus you get a good sized living room and separate bedroom, all stylish and comfortable, with a terrace. The public areas are good and there are three restaurants to choose from, food in each is outstanding. The gardens are delightful, lush lawns and lots of flowers, leading down to a pretty cove. But what puts this head and shoulders above the competition is the staff: charming, cheerful and nothing is ever too much trouble. I only wish the owners had a chain of hotels all over the world!
