We had a loch view room which was a good size with a comfortable bed. Small LED TV and plenty of storage space. The bathroom was very dated and needed some work.
The hotel has a lot of potential but needs some serious investment as it looks very tired in places.
We found the staff to be very friendly and they all tried their best to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We ate in the bar one evening as the restaurant was fully booked and the food was good although the breakfast the following morning had some room for improvement.
Ideal for those on a budget just for the location, I personally would look elsewhere and spend a bit more.
To sum up you get what you pay for.
