Highly recommend this hotel in terms of comfort , facilities and great staff. Very few children at this time of year – mostly toddlers. BBC1/BBC2/ITV available in rooms with interactive TV so you can still watch your favourites if you want to and keep an eye on your bar bill!
Sea view rooms are dearer but, in our view, worth it and we were able to sleep with the balcony doors open as there were no mosquitoes.
This isn't a cheap hotel but you get what you pay for and many people return year after year.
Everything that could be said about this hotel has been covered (albeit on another website) but do get out and enjoy the island. Car hire is cheap, they drive on the left – woohoo! – and signs are in Cypriot and English.
Cyprus is a truly beautiful, green island with the most spectacular scenery so please don't spend all your time around the pool. If you don't want to drive there are lots of good value coach trips across the whole island and bookable from the hotel's Reception at less than half the price of the tour operators' trips.
But most of all the people are just wonderful! They are always more than happy to give you directions or just stop for a chat.
Me? I'd like to spend another holiday exploring the eastern side of the island and the Turkish north but would certainly consider staying in another hotel in the same chain.
