Aarhus is Denmark’s second city and a great place for a 3-day city break, the centre is pretty compact and the Danes bilingual in English. Coffee houses and bars a plenty all over and Street Food near the bus station has great value meals from most cuisines. The modern art museum, gender museum, occupation museum and the old town museum are all worth visiting as is Dokk1 which contains the world’s largest tubular bell – it rings whenever a baby is born at the hospital. I got there by flying Ryanair to Billund and got the bus 912x (~90 mins) to Aarhus from there.
