Terms and conditions – Win a Solos Holidays break to Mallorca

This prize draw has now closed.

1. No employee, agent, subcontractor or director of Solos Holidays or Silver Travel Advisor nor anyone else connected with the Prize Draw, nor any member of such person’s family, is eligible to enter.
2. You do not need to purchase anything to enter the draw.
3. Entries for the prize draw will be accepted until the closing date 31 March 2016. Entries will not be accepted outside this time period.
4. The winner will be randomly selected in an independently supervised draw in early April 2016, and full details of how to book, where appropriate, will be given at that time. The name of the winner will be displayed on this website. The organisers’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. The winner will receive a return flight from Gatwick, transfers, accommodation (a twin or double room for single use), daily breakfast and 3 dinners during August 2016.
6. Travel insurance is not included – the passenger must have adequate travel insurance in order to travel.
7. Some excursions are optional, at an additional cost, and are subject to availability and change.
8. The prize is not transferable, no whole/part cash alternatives and Solos Holidays booking terms apply.
9. Solos Holidays reserves the right to alter the prize, provided an alternative prize is of equivalent value.
10. The prize draw is open to all UK residents over the age of 50.
11. The prize winner must both hold a current EU passport.
12. No responsibility is accepted for entries, notices, acceptances, tickets, goods or other documentation lost or delayed in the post.
13. The winner will be solely responsible for any tax liability incurred as a result of this offer.
14. Entry to the prize draw is deemed acceptance of the rules.
15. This promotion will be governed by English Law.
