  1. You do not need to purchase anything to enter the draw.
  2. Entries for the prize draw will be accepted until the closing date 31 August 2020.
  3. The winner will be notified in early September 2020, and full details of how to book will be given at that time. The name of the winner will be displayed on this website.
  4. The winner cannot transfer the prize to another person. The prize is non-refundable. There are no cash or credit alternatives to the specified prize. Full terms and conditions apply and can be found at www.warnerhotels.co.uk.
  5. The prize is for 3 nights if taken over the weekend from Friday to Monday, 4 nights if taken from Monday to Friday and valid for 2 guests sharing a standard room; charges apply for any additional upgrades or attributes. All persons in the booking must be aged over 21 years of age.
  6. The prize must be taken before 31 December 2020 and is subject to availability. The prize is not available on Drink Inclusive, Christmas, New Year and Star Breaks.
  7. Winners are responsible for making their own way to the Warner Leisure Hotel booked, and for any additional costs and travel insurance.
  8. No responsibility is accepted for entries, notices, acceptances, tickets, goods or other documentation lost or delayed in the post.
  9. Winners and their companions will be solely responsible for any tax liability incurred as a result of this offer. The organisers’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  10. This promotion will be governed by English Law.
