Terms and conditions: Win a package coach holiday or short break in the UK for two with The Lucketts Group and Holidays by National Express

1. No employee, agent, subcontractor or director of Lucketts Group, Holidays by National Express, Woods Tours or Silver Travel Advisor nor anyone else connected with the draw, nor any member of such person’s family, is eligible to enter.
2. You do not need to purchase anything to enter the draw.
3. Entries for the prize draw will be accepted until the closing date 6 May 2021.
4. The winner will be notified in late May 2021, and full details of how to book will be given at that time. The name of the winner will be displayed on this website. The winner must agree to participate in any reasonable press or PR activity relating to the competition. The winner must agree to his/her name and/or photo and/or likeness being used for publicity purposes, without compensation.
5. Competition entry is for members of Silver Travel Advisor resident in the UK.
6. The winner cannot transfer the prize to another person. The prize is non-refundable. There are no cash or credit alternatives to the specified prize. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
7. The prize is a free package coach holiday for two people from Lucketts Group or Woods Tours costing up to £1,000 in total. If the booking total exceeds £1,000, the outstanding balance will be payable by the winner. If the booking total is less than £1,000, the remaining balance will be lost. The prize excludes European holidays, air tours and cruises. In the event that the prize winner does not reside in a location near to a Lucketts Travel or Woods Tours departure point, they will be offered the chance to create their own package with Holidays by National Express – to include a minimum of: scheduled coach travel plus accommodation (of any available board basis) for 2 persons. Attraction tickets can be added to the package but are subject to availability at time of booking.

8. Winners are responsible for any additional costs such as tips, spa treatments, optional excursions and travel insurance.
9. No responsibility is accepted for entries, notices, acceptances, tickets, goods or other documentation lost or delayed in the post. Lucketts Group, Holidays by National Express, Woods Tours and Silver Travel Advisor are excluded from liability for any loss, damage or injury which might occur to the winner arising from his or her acceptance of the prize.
10. Winners and their companions will be solely responsible for any tax liability incurred as a result of this offer. The organisers’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered.
11. Entry to this competition shall be deemed full and unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions. Lucketts Group, Holidays by National Express and Woods Tours reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions.
12. This promotion will be governed by English Law.
