This well appointed hotel let itself down. With the exception of the reception staff, and one notable guy in the bar/restaurant – the others were notable cool towards the guests. The reason, perhaps, due to having four or five coach parties at the same time? Whatever, it was notably less friendly that the other hotel we used during the same visit.
