Given the disruption that Coronavirus (Covid-19) is currently causing worldwide, many of you will be concerned regarding your existing holiday, cruise and travel plans. Please scroll down below for links to our partners’ pages for their latest re-booking, cancellation and refund policies, some without penalty, subject to term and conditions, along with dates regarding when travel is suspended.
Our travel partners are monitoring the situation carefully, and we recommend you check their websites directly for the most up to date information and FAQs.
There have been many changes to planned travel schedules and cruises. If you are travelling independently we strongly recommend you check the advice issued by the Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO).
Any decision whether to operate a trip, cancel or make any changes will always be made in the interest of their customers’ safety and security.
If you choose to cancel your holiday at a time when there is no FCO warning against travel to your chosen destination, you may be subject to the company’s normal cancellation policy.
As always, make sure you have appropriate travel insurance in place from the time of booking and check the scope of your cover.
