GUESTS WITH A FUTURE BOOKING ON BRAEMAR, OR HAVE CRUISED ON OR VISITED THE SHIP PREVIOUSLY CANNOT ATTEND THE VISIT. The only exception to this will be where guests have cruised on the ship prior to their recent refurbishments and do not have a future booking in place, but now wish to view the changes made.

How to apply
Cost: £15 per person (our service fee, to cover our volunteer hosts’ travel costs). Payment will be due once your place(s) are confirmed. Payment details will be included with your confirmation email.
Places will be allocated by ballot shortly after the closing date.
To apply for places, we require the following information for each visitor:
(All exactly as on passport – which must be presented at check-in)
- Full name
- Date of Birth
- Place of birth (town)
- Passport number
- Nationality
And:
- Mobile number
- Any dietary requirements
- Any mobility issues
- House number and postcode
- Vehicle make, model and registration number
- Your chosen payment method: Paypal, bank transfer or cheque
